Madison is a very special goat for us.  An “oops" breeding, she is the last kid my first doe Allie had and the only Allie daughter in our herd.  Allie actually jumped the fence to get bred after we decided to retire her from breeding.  We thought we were in the clear after her "due date" passed, however, got our dates wrong because a few days later, in the milker's pen was Madison.

We could not be more thrilled to have Madison in our herd.   She freshened as a two-year-old first freshener with a gorgeous mammary system, much like her mother's (who also appraised excellent in mammary).  She has a foreudder to die for, and her rear attachment is high and wide.  In her first show out in 2014, Madison earned her second leg (she earned one as a dry yearling) placing Grand Champion and then Reserve Grand Champion in the other ring.  It was a really competitive show and she beat out some beautiful competition and as a first freshener to boot! Madison placed 20th at the ADGA Nationals in a very competitive 2-year-old class.  Madison's record for 2014 was 1X GCH, 1X RGCH, 4X1st, and 1X 3rd.  At the 2016 ADGA Nationals, Madison placed 19th in a very large class of 4-year-olds.  Then at the 2016 Dutchess County Fair, Madison was Best of Breed and Best Udder in Show. In 2017, Madison earned a final appraisal score of 89 VEEE. She finished her championship at her first show of 2016 and then appraised 88 VVVE scoring Excellent in mammary.

We used her 2016 son, *B King's Rock Up All Knight, and are very pleased with the kids he has thrown, including GCH King’s Rock Knight Time Confit 2*M.  Her daughter SGCH King’s Rock EX Amata Isabella 3*M was a 2017 Breed Leader, being a Top 10 Doe in all three categories- Production, Butterfat, and Protein. Madison is now retired and living her best life trying to open the gate to the milker pen, whenever she possible can.
