KING’S ROCK RESERVATION/PURCHASE POLICY

Thank you in your interest in an animal from King’s Rock Farm.  To reserve an animal, we require a $100 deposit sent to us in cash, money order or PayPal.  Checks should be made payable to Danielle Carolei.   Deposits via PayPal can be sent to dcarolei312@gmail.com.  If you pay via PayPal, please be sure to either send money via friends and family or pay for the transaction fees.  The remainder of the purchase price must be paid before the kid leaves the farm. Final payment must be paid in cash, money order, or PayPal.  We do not accept checks at pickup.

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first serve basis, based on when we receive the deposits on the animal.  We strive to meet the needs of the purchaser but cannot guarantee that the desired kid will be available.  We reserve the right to keep any animal for our herd, regardless of whether a kid has been pre-reserved, or not.  We also reserve the right to not offer animals for sale if they do not meet our strict standards.

If the reserved animal is not available to the buyer, the buyer will be offered another available kid or have their deposit refunded.   First-choice reservations will take precedence before second-choice kids will be made available.  If the buyer backs out of the purchase at any time, unless King’s Rock Farm is not able to meet their reservation, their deposit will not be returned.

Quoted prices are for reserved animals. Prices are subject to change for those purchased after animals are born. Kids must be picked up or shipped by 4 weeks of age or a boarding fee will be charged per day. Kids will be disbudded and tattooed before leaving the premises.

If the animals that are being purchased need to be shipped, the buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses; including vet costs such as health papers, and any necessary testing, crates, and flights.  An estimated shipping cost must be paid prior to shipment and the purchaser will not receive the ADGA registration papers or registration application until all costs of transportation are paid in full.

All animals will be sold with ADGA registration papers or registration applications unless previously stated.  We reserve the right to purchase 20 straws of semen from any buck sold by us at the cost of collection. While we strive to offer the best animals to our buyers, please remember that raising livestock successfully is not solely about genetics; management plays a huge role in how the animal develops and performs.

We care about our animals, and where they end up and ask that if you ever decide to sell your King’s Rock animal, you give us the right of first refusal to buy the animal back.
